This is very similar to the computer game Heroes of might and magic, with some of the troops, attacking strategies, magic spells, etc. So you have to watch another to get the reward. There's one bug I've found too - the videos to watch to give you free resources and units don't work about 1/3 of the time - you watch the video but don't get the reward.
